This Privacy Policy describes how Arcwise Link VPN ("App", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our Android application and related services. By installing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
Arcwise Link VPN uses the Android VpnService API to establish a device-level VPN tunnel and route your network traffic through configured VPN servers. The App is designed to help you manage secure network connectivity on supported Android devices.
The VPN connection is established only after you grant the system VPN permission. You may disconnect at any time through the App or your device settings.
Depending on how you use the App and the permissions you grant, we may process the following categories of information:
We do not intentionally collect the contents of your browsing activity, DNS queries, or the specific websites or applications you access while connected through the VPN tunnel. We do not request access to your contacts, photos, messages, or other personal files beyond what is required for VPN functionality as described in this policy.

When the VPN is active, Android requires a persistent foreground notification. This notification may display connection status, session information, and traffic statistics to keep you informed while the VPN service is running.
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements and support App monetization. AdMob and its partners may collect or receive information such as advertising IDs, device information, IP address, and interaction data to deliver, measure, and personalize ads in accordance with their policies.

You can reset or limit ad personalization through your device settings, where available. Advertising features are enabled only after you provide consent as described in Section 7.
We use Firebase Crashlytics, a Google service, to collect crash reports, error logs, and related diagnostic data to identify bugs and improve App stability. This may include device model, operating system version, app version, and technical crash information.

Advertising and crash diagnostic features are activated only after you agree to the in-app privacy notice. If you do not provide consent, these features remain disabled and related third-party data collection for those purposes does not occur through the App.
You may withdraw consent at any time through available in-app settings or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
