These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Arcwise Link VPN ("App", "we", "us", or "our"), an Android application that provides VPN connectivity and related features. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to use VPN services in your country or region.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Arcwise Link VPN provides device-level VPN tunneling and related network connectivity features on supported Android devices through the Android VpnService API. The App routes your network traffic through configured VPN servers to help you manage secure connectivity.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or universally available service. Connection quality, speed, server availability, and feature performance may vary based on your device, network conditions, geographic location, and third-party infrastructure.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Arcwise Link VPN requires Android VPN authorization and uses permissions necessary to operate the VPN foreground service and display system notifications, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may grant or revoke these permissions through your device settings at any time. Certain features may not function if required permissions are not granted.
The App uses third-party services, including Google AdMob for advertising and Firebase Crashlytics for crash and error diagnostics. Use of these services is described in our Privacy Policy. By consenting to the in-app privacy notice, you acknowledge that related third-party data processing may occur as described therein.
Advertising and crash diagnostic features are activated only after you provide consent through the in-app privacy notice. If you do not provide consent, related features remain disabled or inactive. You may withdraw consent at any time through available in-app settings or by contacting us.
The App may rely on third-party infrastructure, SDKs, network providers, and server operators to deliver its functionality. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, performance, policies, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, trademarks, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
The App and all related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be free of errors or security vulnerabilities, or that VPN connectivity will be available at all times or in all locations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for use of the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or zero if no such payment was made.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such cases, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a legal or security risk, or if required by law or platform policy.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide notice through the App or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights available in your jurisdiction.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall first be addressed by contacting us as set forth below. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the subject matter.
